This photo showcases the United States Pavilion, designed by architects Richard Buckminster Fuller and Shoji Sadao. Its impressive geodesic structure, made of an aluminum and acrylic mesh, symbolized American technological innovation and modernity. With a diameter of 76 meters and a height of 41 meters, the sphere housed exhibitions focusing on the United States’ scientific, space, and cultural advancements. Inside, visitors experienced an immersive journey highlighting technological achievements such as the Apollo space program.
